"Resurrection Band (also known as Rez Band or simply Rez) emerged at the height of the Jesus Movement in the late 1960s and early 1970s. Since then, they have become one of the most influential names in the global Christian rock scene.
Blending elements of hard rock and heavy metal, the band was rooted in a tight-knit community that lived together in a communal house in Milwaukee. Embracing the spirit of the counterculture, they traveled across the United States in a battered red bus, playing wherever doors were open to them.
Over the course of their career, the band released 20 albums, including three compilations, leaving a lasting impact on both music and faith-based communities."
